Joanna Munster – Inspired by Stamping
Welcome to Inspired by Stamping’s our first 2017 release! We are so happy you are here. This week Inspired by Stamping is releasing 2 new stamp sets and one sentiment die to their store. All new products are already available in the store! You can visit us by clicking here!
Today the Design Team is introducing the brand new Blessed Stamp set. This stamp set is a 3×4 sentiment builder that will retail for $6 or FREE if you spend $50!!! I created two cards using this brand new set to share with you today. The first is a true one layer card!
For this card I started by building my sentiment on the bottom third of the white card base. This stamp set has so many possibilities but I built up “May all your days be blessed” and stamped it with my MISTI in London Fog Memento Dye Ink. After masking off the sentiment I brought out my “Diamonds” stamp set from Inspired by Stamping and Sweet Plum and Paris Dusk Dye Inks and built up an argyle background. You can see how to stamp an Argyle Background HERE! (Make sure to finish the hop first though!!)
After removing the mask cover the sentiment, this card was complete! You can always add a few embellishments to spice up the card if you wanted, but I chose to keep my truly one layer and CAS!
For my second card I do have a video tutorial for you. You can watch it now, or come back after the hop! But it’s all about putting together my second card and Shadow Stamping!!
This is another one layer card, however, I did add quite a few details. After shadow stamping the “blessed” word to fill up the background on the gray panel, I stamped the same “May all your days be” onto a white card stock strip with a cut angle.
Using the brand new ribbon that was also released I tied a bow on the left side of the panel and tucked the angled banners beneath the ribbon and secured them with double sided adhesive. Finally, I added a few of the brand new sequins to add some bling!!
Inspired by Stamping has a new free stamp of the month! Spend $50 and receive our NEW Blessed Stamp Set for free! Plus, if you live in the USA, all orders over $50 receive free shipping! For more details on their free stamp of the month, click here.
