Simply A Card

I am back today with another Simply a Card video, this time making a card with another of the FREE Printable Card Fronts from the Inspired by Stamping Newsletter. If you haven’t already, I would HIGHLY suggest heading over to the website and signing up for the Newsletter. Every other week you’ll receive an email filled with tons of inspiration, news from IBS, coupon codes, and FREE printable card fronts!! These free printable are always gorgeous (Joanna, the owner of IBS, is an amazing artist) and perfect for card fronts, coloring practice, or printing off for your kiddos to color up for family and friends! You can watch how I made my card below!!

If you too want to sign up for the IBS Newsletter, head HERE, and enter your email. It’s as simple as that! Newsletters always come every other Saturday and are filled to the brim with crafty goodness!

Finished Card 2

I’ve had this freebie printed out for awhile and have just been waiting for an opportunity to color it up. I wanted to use my pencils on it, because I am really trying to get better with my shading and just using and blending out my pencils without the use of gamsol. I do want to mention that I did use my laser to print this out and then colored it in.

Finished Card 4

I mounted this panel onto an A2 top folding black card base at a fun angle and trimmed off the edges so it was flush with the card base. Finally, I added a few drops of glossy accents to mimic the look of dew drops on the flowers and leaves.

I hope you all enjoyed the video today, and if you haven’t yet, I would still highly suggest going and signing up for the newsletter so you don’t miss out! And because I used a free printable card front, there is no supply list for this card! Thanks for stopping in today!! Happy Crafting!!!
