Tone on Tone Stamping & Ink Blending

Hi Everyone! Can see a theme from the past few posts? I am LOVING the tone on tone look right now and I thought I would try it out with stamping and then ink blending! If you want to see how I put my card together today and the tone on tone stamping and ink blending technique you can watch the video tutorial down below!

For my card I used the 3D Poinsettia Stamp Set from Joy Clair Stamps. To learn more about how this stamp set works, head HERE for two different ways to use it. I stamped and ink blended with Versafine Clair Inks. That is the one thing you need to think about with this technique. You’ll need to use an ink that not only stamps really well, but is also blendable. The Versafine Clair Inks are great for both! Plus, using the Clarity Brushes let me build up the color to the intensity I want.

For all the details on this technique and how I put the card together, be sure to watch the video above! After putting together the outside of the card, I also decorated the inside! I used the same 3D Poinsettia stamp set, which ties together the inside and outside for a nice finished look!

I hope you all enjoyed today’s video and this fun and super easy technique! If you are interested in any of the supplies I used, you can find them all linked down below! Happy Crafting!!
