A Simple Christmas Card

Christmas is most definitely my favorite time of the year. Do you have your decorations and tree up already? We do!!! And as soon as the tree goes up it puts me in the Christmas crafty mood! So today I have a super quick and simple Christmas card that I’m sharing with you today. This card features some really simple masking to add interest, but I promise it didn’t take more than 15 minutes to make this card! You can watch the full tutorial down below!

The video above features some supplies that were sent to me free of charge for design purposes. I only ever design for companies that I can stand behind 100%!! If you would like to see who I am currently affiliated with or have previously worked with you can head HERE.

This card is really easy to make. I started by creating a mask of the Bulb Christmas Ornament Stamp. I like to fussy cut just ever so slightly inside outer edge of the stamped lines so I can get a really crisp stamp while masking. Then it was time to stamp! I used my Mini MISTI for all the stamping. Be sure to watch the video to see how quick this stamping goes, even with masking!

To each stamped image I added a “string” and also drew in a little bow as well. To finish the panel, I stamped a Merry Christmas sentiment with gray ink.

Assembling this card is really easy to do, too. I added a green mat to the stamped panel and popped both panels up onto an A2 top folding card base.

Dont forget all this month that Christmas stamps are 20% off!! Both stamps I used today are included in that sale, so hurry hurry!! You have until the end of the month to shop the sale!
