I love stamps that are images that need colored. And most of the time I love to color. But there are times, especially now, where I just don’t have the time to sit and color. Today, I want to share with you a way to color in those images that is quick and easy. It’s great if you’re short on time, but also if you’re a beginner and just don’t have a ton of coloring mediums! Be sure to watch the video tutorial below for all the details on how to do some easy coloring with your distress inks, or just plain dye inks, too!
The Video Tutorial
The video above contains products that were sent to me free of charge for design purposes. I only ever design for companies I can stand behind 100%! This post also contains affiliate links.
I’m going to let the video do all of the explaining today! It’s such an easy technique and the video isn’t super long, so be sure to watch it for all the details! I do want to mention what stamps I did use. They are all part of the new release that is happening over at Crackerbox & Suzy Stamps. I used the Nut stamp for the background. Then, I used the Lady with Coffee, which pairs perfectly with all the snarky sentiments!

Finally, I used the You’re Nuts But sentiment for the outside and inside of my card. With a little selective masking, you can easily make your sentiments useful for your entire card!

Before I go, I want to fill you in on a super special release that Crackerbox & Suzy Stamps is having right now. So many of us cardmakers are doing what we can do to make sure the first responders know that they are appreciated during this time. Crackerbox & Suzy Stamps is releasing several sentiments and images that are perfect for these cards! Here’s a look at them all! And they are all 20% off for the months of April and May. No code neeed.Just click the photos below to shop!
If you are interested in any of the supplies I used today, you can find them all listed and linked down below! Until next time, happy crafting!!
